Refund policy
We do not accept returns unless there’s a valid issue such as receiving the wrong item(s) or damaged item(s). Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue you are facing with a picture. We will assist you and work to resolve the issue quickly and to the best of our ability.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, if the item arrived damaged, we require proof of this within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (UK only) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and being accepted for a return will not be accepted.
If an order is returned to us due to being refused by the addressee for reasons such as changing of mind, refusal to pay custom duties etc, this order won’t be eligible for refund.
Refunds cover the item price only: shipping fees for delivery are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Fee
Please note that in some cases, customers may be responsible for covering a return shipping fee. This applies to returns due to incorrect sizing or non-defective items. We’ll provide detailed instructions during the return process, including any applicable fees.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom items (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund too.

We do not offer exchanges
Cancellations
All orders are final. Once the order has gone through in our system. We do not offer any sort of cancellation.
Lost Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel was lost in transit and you have not received it within 42 business days after dispatch please email us and we will either issue a refund for the price of the item or send out a new replacement.
We do not refund postage fees as a parcel being lost in transit is out of our control.
