Shipping policy

 Processing Time:

❀ As every single piece of item on our website is handmade and ‘made to order’ it may take up to 14-18 business days to make your order as the production period takes place on a first-come, first-serve basis. No item is premade. 

❀ After dispatch, Tracked 48 shipping to the UK takes 2-3 business days. All orders will be shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email.

Please Note: Tracked 48 does not speed up our production period. Only the delivery timeframe. 

❀ Shipping internationally takes up to 7-21 business days. All international mail is sent out via standard postage from the UK, with no tracking available. However, you can upgrade to International Tracked & Signed for full tracking. 


USA Shipping: 

❀ New PDDP Service (postal delivery duties paid): Our prices will automatically include 10% custom and duties. This means that customs and duties will be paid to the delivery company before the parcel reaches you in the US. Once checked out, no need to worry about any extra charges when receiving your parcel.

❀ Unfortunately, much to our disappointment, all shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland has been temporarily paused. Due to new rules and regulations (GPSR) we won’t be shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland effective from 25.11.24

Please note that these are an estimated timeframe provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors such as custom clearance or unforeseen delays may impact the delivery time.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages: 

❀ We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, once the package is in possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur. Please make sure that the address provided at checkout is accurate. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise and we can help facilitate communication with the shipping carrier, if needed. If your tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbours and contact your post office. We do not replace the item at our expense.

Customs and Import Taxes:

❀ Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for any delays with customs. 

Parcel Returned to Sender: 

❀ If your parcel is being returned back to us due to an invalid shipping address, parcel is unclaimed, addressee has moved or unknown addressee, we can offer reshipment of your parcel which is subject to an additional shipping fee. We do not cover the shipping costs.
